Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain types of items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, you must email us at [email protected]. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond to your request within 3 business days with further instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may be responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the return process outlined above to initiate your return. Once we receive the returned item, you can proceed with your new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the damaged item to assist with the return process. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
